1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dexglamora.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

Order number
Reason for return
Clear photo or video of the issue (if damaged or incorrect product)

Once your request is approved, we will share return shipping details.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
If your return is rejected, we will notify you with a valid reason.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

First, check your bank account again
Then contact your bank or card provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dexglamora.com

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us with details and photos at support@dexglamora.com.

6. Non-returnable Items

Opened or used perfumes
Gift cards
Items without original packaging

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been packed or shipped. After that, cancellation is not possible.
